Just before I entered High School, so about 8th or 9th grade

--Which is easier to draw - male or female?.
I prefer to draw female, but the male anatomy is easier to draw.

--Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?.
Short hair, long hair is kinda a challenge to me. XD;;;

--Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
So the character is facing to their right. But I’m getting better at them looking the opposite way.

--Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Probably the profile

--What do you have problems in drawing?
Legs.

--What do you like to draw?
Emotions, and hands, fingers…whatever. X’3

--Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
Traditional! It’s better to have it done hands on.

--Where do you start drawing from?
The head, then I work down from there.

--what is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I draw too big… :/
I’m getting better at trying to draw smaller though.

--Any tips for coloring/shading?
Color the whole thing first, no shading till the end. And always think of the light or lack of light when putting shadows for the shading.

--How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Depends. If it’s a doodle, something I’m just drawing to draw, it can be about ten minutes. But if I’m serious about it, then it can take to about an hour.

--What music do you listen to while you draw?
Something with a good beat, that I can tap my foot to while my hands are busy.
Ahhhh…that sounded wrong.

--How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
If I’m not inspired, about a couple of hours.
But if I’m feeling artistically inclined, then when I start drawing I get a lot of ideas.

--Your favorite drawing utensils?
.07 pencil and a sharpie-pen.

--Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
GREEN, it’s my current favorite color.

--Your favorite style(s)?
Original. Something that isn’t commonly used, something that just pops off the page.

--What kind of artist are you aiming for?
I’m not really aiming for anything. I’m trying to get my own style.

’s Mighty Fruit Challenge

The rules are as follow:

1. Design and create a piece to represent each of the following kinds of fruit:
+Apples
+Bananas
+Oranges
+Pears
+Melons
+Cherries
+Strawberries
+Grapes
+Pineapples
+Lemons

2. Include a character that is an oc or fanart, depending on how many ocs you have. You can variate the characters with a chosen fruit, or you can use the same character for multiple fruit, but you cannot combine the fruit into one image.

3. You must focus the theme of the piece on the fruit itself. you can add extended themes that branch from the fruit (ex: banana peel = comedy, pear = lolwut)

4. Pick a language to translate the vocabulary into. (ex: italian for orange is l'arancia) it can be your native language, or a language you're interested in. This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge on the subject of fruit.

5. There is no deadline, and you can draw them in any order you wish. This is an opportunity to get a good look at a subject and really truly know what they look like. Have fun with this project. C:
